I used to have a mighty one pack, right out of high school my abs were a giant block of solid muscle. Theeeen I went to college and it just became fat.

Bro, how do people get to this point‽ I fell into a fair sized windfall and laid on the couch for almost a year smoking and drinking myself into a stupor every night. And I never got even close to this!
After the first year you are just getting started, you will need decades of commitment and sacrifice and you'll have to leave Debrah by the side of the road before you get there.
A year isn't even enough time to give yourself proper liver disease, unless it's acute. But then you have a better chance of straight up dying from alcohol poisoning or DUI.
