I installed Llama. I've not found any use for it. I mean, I've asked it for a recipe because recipe websites suck, but that's about it.

When I lived alone, for sure. I spoke my thoughts out loud constantly, just filling empty space. Now that my partner and I live together, it's fairly rare. Unless I'm troubleshooting something, and then there's lots of profanity.
