Less than half of what I'd hoped for

I get the feeling that the next thing we're going to hear is something along the lines of "It turns out he's been impersonating an officer for the past 26 years! He impersonated his way through the police training and on to the force, then proceeded to impersonate an officer for decades just to get his hands on police equipment and a vehicle so he could impersonate an officer to carry out these lone wolf attacks!"

We need to calm down on all the sticky stuff we're putting on food nowadays. Not every entree or sandwich needs to have hot honey or balsamic reduction. Especially as someone with a beard, if there's a sauce that's some sort of syrup, glaze, or reduction it's getting trapped in there and I am going to be miserable until I can wash it out. I realize that this is a problem entirely of my own making, but it's still annoying.

A few years back I started a new job, and when I was introducing myself to the guy I would be working with one of his first three questions was, "What level of tint do you have on your car windows?" within about 30 seconds of us meeting each other.

Shenandoah is another good one, it has a good old and easy going feel, just like the river does
