For people who love to talk about how Republicans ended slavery, Republicans sure seem to hate Juneteenth...

It's like they're getting Stan Kelly to write policy.

The Reverse Prohibition Era is coming!

It was like when Trump lost in 2020, and then Republicnans got angry at Gary Johnson voters.

The difference is that fewer Iraqi people have other homes, and often can less easily move away from the war.

I have a job interview on Monday. They're probably just going to reject me like everyone else has...

That's what I meant. Iran is probably not going to do a ground invasion and completely annex the country. But the fact that a good portion of Israelis are able to leave the country, combined with the fact that no one's going to want to move in while it's being bombarded by missiles makes me think Israel is going to lose its most valuable resource, people.

I'm genuinely wondering if Israel will survive this war.

Doesn't it also mean that Hamas' relatively tiny rockets could also easily get through?

Saddam if he wore clown shoes.

It's time to see what happens when war happens in a country in which a big portion of the population has dual citizenship or can easily just move to another country where a war isn't happening.

Also, TACO only works when there's context and making sense. If Trump is currently chickening out, then make ALL the TACO jokes. But just randomly talking about Trump and saying TACO?

Like, I still have termination anxiety. When there's nothing obvious to do at work, I get really anxious, like there's something I'm forgetting to do.

What should be relaxing is a source of dread.

I've been unemployed for almost 6 months now. I wasn't even paid enough while I was working, but now, I've depleted all my savings, my credit card balance is going up, I'm not even sure how much longer I can keep collecting unemployment, I still have absolutely zero job prospects, I'm having a hard time affording anything that gives me genuine enjoyment.

Beyond money, I don't have a good social life. I really only have acquaintances who would all rather be with other people. Me thinking about finding love feels like me thinking about being a billionaire, basically just a fantasy so far from the conditions of my life, it's absurd.

If I finally get a job, what then? I still have to scrounge to financially recover? I'm still alone? What do I even have to live for?

I completely forgot about the existence of Chalkzone until now.
