Just let the thing burn itself out, dorks. What's it going to do, set the dirt on fire?

It'd be nice if Iran sent a couple of those missiles at the "security walls", but I don't see it happening. People here overestimate the amount of solidarity the Iranian state has with Palestinians.
In the U.S., there is a whole category of insurance coverage for damage by cops, ordinance, and other state shit, which caps out at a tiny fraction (like 10%) of the full insurance coverage of a home. Cops "end" a high-speed chase by putting a tunnel through your living room, for which the cops/city/state will almost certainly not be held liable? Well, here's a few pennies. Good luck with that.
Israel is certainly not satisfied with the degree of US support.
It literally never is....
PR/damage control. Iran isn't their real intended audience; the rest of the world is.
Militant resistance is unacknowledged (of course) but working. Think if we were even more militant, radical, and willing to buck shitty, liberal norms of "peaceful protest".
So perhaps another sign Trump wants to focus on Iran right now. Hmm.
Huh. The Republicans forcing Democrats to rip their own masks off, basically.
It certainly does seem to—at face value, and with the usual fascist gambit as a caveat—further the uni-party goal of getting the working class to (explicitly) accept fascism because they must come to terms with the fact that there is no electoral alternative.
Francesca Albanese calls for the militaries of U.N. member states to break the siege of Gaza:
This should not be on civilians to take risks on their life. There is an obligation on member states to stop the genocide. And if they don't see the genocide, they have to take all measures necessary to prevent it. Which includes two things, because this is the ICJ that has said it. The first is to make sure that humanitarian aid is delivered, and this is why I called upon member states to send their navies; their navies with humanitarian aid: food, medicine; everything that is needed. With their doctors, and their nurses, and tents; anything that can be used by the people in Gaza. And go with their own forces. This is time to break the siege, first and foremost. And while they are lagging behind—and I hope to see that from all Mediterranean ports, from Algeria, from Tunisia, from Egypt, from Libya, from Spain, from Italy, from France, everywhere. This is how you sort out such a mess.
But meanwhile, because member states will not do that, that quickly, or not all of them, it's upon individuals to try to do what the Madleen has done. And I keep on saying: people, this is very risky—this is very risky—so you need to be safe, and protected. So coordinate yourself with the flotilla coalition, because there are guidelines, there are protocols, and there are dos and don'ts in this mission....
Middle East Eye: "Prevent genocide or face consequence"' warns Francesca Albanese (YouTube, 25m video)
Yeah, people are forgetting that the police were invented in the first place to be less lethal crowd control than militaries, because the soldiers tended to create too many martyrs.
Using torture and cruelty instead of straight up murder was a self-preservation measure of the state.
He was never not bent over. Even as he was spitting fiery words for show, his state HIghway Patrol was one of the first agencies on the scene quashing protests.
Maybe not. There are non-white Europeans. Nothing here says the race filter won't be applied on top of the national-origin filter.
