Guess it's not yt or a doc, but the guy from Ghost Stories for the End of the World was recently on TA and it got me interested in that podcast, it's very good. Unfortunately, most of his episodes are behind a patreon paywall :/ but it really scratches that conspiracy brain itch

Also appreciate that when UFO conspiracies come up, it's from the perspective of treating most disclosures and conspiracies as likely psyops rather than fully buying into them because most information comes from intel communities and military sources (as in he has a really robust mistrust of any information coming from intel agencies, even including Snowden).

E: wait, according to the article, this guy saw Midsommer and instead of understanding how horrible and fascistic it is, said "whether that's a good or bad thing, that's more difficult to answer". He saw that scene of the old couple killing themselves and thought "hmm, seems reasonable".

I remember seeing sanseito posters for the first time on my way to work like a year and a half ago now, always wondered what it was - I could tell it was a political party, but anytime I went to look them up, nothing came up. And now everyone is talking about them lol

Anyways, what's also funny is that I've seen the NHK party, another party started on youtube, on election boards in my area too - featuring the same guy that this video is about. Lol I guess he found a way out of his legal issues?

So the election board shows a candidate from the LDP (with the slogan "say say, do do" in English lmao), one from the komeito, the NHK weirdo, a sanseito candidate, and the communist party of Japan - 4 right wing candidates and one vaguely left wing one.

I'm given to the idea that MKUltra never ended, just switched format/medium from drugs to tech. The money and resources being poured onto AI, the uniform adoption and enforcement of it in social media, education, and work, the same way that it prays on the psychologically vulnerable - idk, yeah there's the suppression of wages for skilled work that's going on, but just as well, they've found their "ethical" way to throw LSD in the public water supply and see what happens.

Maybe it's blackmail that the Israelis/other ghouls in the US thirsting for Iranian blood are threatening to release.

Fuck off and die

He forces all political dissidents and rich billionaires into the newly built towers and then flies two planes into them, forcing New Yorkers to relive 9/11 everyday. He does this everyday and with a smile on his face.

But instead of driving and fighting dudes, I ride my bike to the park and feed the birds

Show recs? I really enjoyed the mandalorian, you should watch that. Baby Yoda! Haha

Something like the capes in Andor, I always liked the look. Any time I've looked up capes/cape jackets though, they've been too expensive or non vegan. Also boots, I'd wear those shin/knee high boots a lot too (idk what they're called), but idk if I got the legs for those.

I will now paraphrase the rather wordy response the enlightened grok has given me:

So first there was like some stuff about supply and demand, ok great. But then grok really hit me with the eye opener: Marx failed to account for the Boers and white genocide idk something like that tbh this part was kinda tldr, so yeah lmk what you think bears.

"I was ready to throw in the towel" says former Hexbear admin u/BeatnikThespian, preferring to use their online handle to avoid privacy issues.

"Being doxxed can really cause a lot of issues in one's life. It doesn't just stay online."

After a long history of working within the far-left on various online forums and even reddit under the now banned subreddit r/ChapoTrapHouse, user BeatnikThespian was forced to step down as the lead admin from r/CTH's successor, Hexbear. At the time, Hexbear was still known as chapo.chat, choosing to shed references to its origins later in the lemmy-based forum's development.

"I believed it was the best choice for all involved considering the circumstances," says Beatnik.

However, after dealing with the fallout within the community and even their own life, Beatnik says they've chosen to pursue a new outlet for online leftwing activism - online dating.

"I started MixBear with the intention of connecting romantically inclined leftists considering how tough things are for us on other apps" said Beatnik of impetus for MixBear's creation.

While Beatnik maintains optimism for the project's future, many former colleagues and comrades seem to largely disagree with the move. Most notably, their former stomping grounds, Hexbear, almost universally reacted with disgust and outrage.

Discussion of the project on Hexbear itself is now banned. However, before moderator censorship took effect on Friday, a large majority of the site took their grievances to many megathreads and harassed users who chose to support the former admin's project.

"Brb making like 10 beanis profiles and spamming these losers with beanis lmao" writes one user named Dirt_Owl, a prominent poster in the Hexbear community.

"They didn't doxx this weirdo enough" said another well known user GayTuckerCarlson.

"I'm just glad I've moved past all the toxicity and struggle of Hexbear" said Beatnik in response to the overwhelmingly negative reaction.

"I hope one day they can move past it as well and join us on MixBear, where everyone is welcome to find who they're looking for."

The old status quo is dying, a new struggle session struggles to be born, let a thousand struggle sessions bloom, to avoid posting in an already thoroughly ratio'd post, this is the 13th kind of liberalism, when my post comes, I'll make no excuses for the struggle.

I'm an expert on this, trust me.
