When you say “metro,” how far north are you willing to go? Was in a place today looking for a barista/salesperson position. Not sure if that’s the kind of work you’re looking for

God these people are embarrassing. Unless that has some significance in fencing. In which case these people are still embarrassing but not for the reasons stated

There’s a certain excitement to living today. Is this part of trumps further decline into senility? Is big balls just a dumbass who doesn’t know his geography? Is this one of many ai fuckups? So many possibilities

Edit: I actually think what happened was this. As you can see here tariffs were not only placed on countries, but also those countries territories. Australia and its territories all got 10%, and that’s probably why these islands got hit with a ten percent tariff. It was just grouped in as “australia territory.” Whether anyone actually knew what it was is anyone’s guess.

Not sure if this is real or not, but this all reads like you know you should wear a helmet and are ashamed when people point it out. You’re just finding ways to avoid the fact that deep down you know those people are right.

I’m glad Elon is around just to show that Americans don’t have a monopoly on being absolute cringe

The one I was using (fmovies) seems to have shut down, and all the ones that I have tried since seem to be down half the time. They'll go down right in the middle of my movie, and then won't be back up for at least another day. It takes me like 3 days to watch a movie.

Now is the time of Vancesters

Contentious issue I know, but recently I’ve encountered a number of people who believe that Ohio (and sometimes Indiana and Michigan) is not truly part of the Midwest. Which to me is preposterous since I’ve always considered Ohio the most quintessentially Midwestern state. Midwest to me has always been very nearly synonymous with rust belt, but it seems there are a fair number of people who place the Midwest more in what I’d call the Great Plains, or Greater Minnesota. So I’m wondering where do you all place the Midwest.

One of these people will defend you while the the rest attack you (on Twitter). Who do you choose?

I always wash my fruit before I eat it when I buy it fresh. Recently I've been buying frozen bluberries and honestly I sort of like just eating them straight out of the bag (after letting them sit out for a little bit). But I'm wondering - should I be washing the berries before I eat them? If they were fresh I'd absolutely wash them but I'm unsure if this is necessary for frozen.
