The exceptions are actually logical not broad. The only questionable exception that seems open to abuse is "health reasons".

But the ones we need to be worried about can't read anyway.

Tactical breaching equipment has head and facial protection on just about everything.

Going independent isn't the same as being bought by another company though. Going independent is usually good, being bought by another company is usually bad.

Not even internet, all news media back to local TV and and newspapers. Not all journalism is created equal, it's just easier to spot blatantly incorrect info when you also have videos posted to confirm yourself.

I feel like it would be more difficult to manage a system to figure out which one is dirty, rather than just emptying it.

Just get ones that have a metal door, and magnetic sign that says dirty or clean.

Good lord people, it uses a weight on a spring that's magnetically actuated. Stop spreading dumb rumors.

People refer to vibration motors using that phrasing regardless of the actual technology used to achieve the vibration. No one gives a shit that Apple call theirs a Taptic Engine, or that it uses a linear resonant actuator as opposed to something like an offset spinning weight. It is a vibrate motor to 99% of people, even though it doesn't technically have a motor.

Ah, yeah it's just a docker app running on TrueNAS. To be honest, the hardest part was getting cloudflare setup, but only because I'd never done it before.

I literally just did this a couple weeks ago and it's been great so far. Able to run it on my NAS through the same Cloudflare tunnel I use for Emby.

Well of course. One handles money. Of course that's the priority.

Same. I've always preferred local coffee places when possible. One of the local coffee places opened a little dual-lane coffee kiosk down the road with a small limited menu and they have amazing coffee.

For consistency when travelling I'll try to go to Dutch Bros instead. I'm sure they're headed the same direction, but at the moment they're nowhere near the same level of evil as Starbucks.

I'd argue not switching sockets constantly actually is probably more profitable for AMD directly. When you switch the socket then upgrades also require customers to purchase new boards. If they can use the same board they have, then they have more money to spend on the CPU upgrade.

I imagine the party refills the seat

Political parties do not have direct granted power or authority in any state or federal position. They are not officially part of the election process. They organize and group candidates, and spend millions on advertising but they aren't directly granted any power. States will run primary elections to assist parties in selecting a candidate to proceed to the general election, but the process the party uses is ultimately up to them for determining the name they want to submit for the general election. Neither of the current two major parties existed when the US was founded, and originally there were several others. The actual general election process doesn't care about parties at all. Our system has inevitably devolved into the two party system we have now because of the Electoral College process.

In most States, replacing a State legislator is done via a Special Election, and stays vacant until then. A quick Google search seems to show that is the case for Minnesota. So if that district doesn't solidly vote D, it will be up for grabs. On this current political climate right now, I'm not sure that it would shift R.

On the federal level the State Governor would appoint someone to the Congress/Senate until the next election. Depending on the State laws, because States control their own election process, they may not be required by law to appoint someone from the same party.

In a deeply divided political climate like this, forcing both the legislature and Senate into a tie can effectively shutdown the government. Which is great for a party with a goal of trying to obstruct any progress.

NASA and Boeing officials pushed back Friday on headlines that the commercial Starliner crew capsule is stranded at the International Space Station but said they need more time to analyze data before formally clearing the spacecraft for undocking and reentry.

When in Summit settings, searching for "mu" causes an immediate app crash to home screen as soon as the U is typed. No option to report issues or submit feedback.

Only have this device to test at the moment, but I can get it to do it every time.
