What an incredible series of basketball this has been. Phenomenal shooting, great defense, trading dominant performances. Most evenly matched Finals I can remember for a long time. Very happy as a basketball fan right now

Does anyone have any practical experience or expert knowledge regarding reducing the frequency of nightmares?
[advice needed post] i asked out a friend. I don't think they understand that this is something I did with romantic and not platonic intent. How do I make that clear?
i feel like the vibes will be clearer IRL tho, is it flirty? is it strictly friendly? are small flirtatious comments or gestures engaged with or do they slip by? is there a lot of eye contact? are they primping their appearance, smoothing clothes, fixing hair? are eyes wandering or is there talk about each other's bodies? is the prospect of hanging out longer/again enthusiastic or do they already have plans after? does the other person talk about someone else they are interested in or dating? and if that stuff turns out to be absent they can still just have a nice time together, tho it definitely does sting
i guess the op is saying she doesn't feel confident in her game but i feel like all of the above is lost over text. that's just how i operate tho, i'm too old for texting lol

i agree with your sentiment but personally i think you gotta have this conversation face to face, sending a message like that and then waiting for a response, and the person on the other end knowing that you're waiting for their response, with no body language cues etc., sounds torturous to me. just my opinion tho

My ears are ringing like CRAZY
I clench my teeth at night. I had an old bite guard which had a big blob of hard plastic that only touched my front teeth, and that seemed to work great. But it's totally busted.
So I have a new bite guard from the dentist, hard plastic kind, but with this one I contact everywhere when I bite, so I just seem to grind on that instead of my teeth. Probably helps my teeth but my tinnitus and TMJ pain are not being helped at all.
What's a boy to do? I guess go back to the dentist and get it radically altered / another new one? But insurance didn't even pay for this one 
That's the post. Interacting with this person boils my blood and her comments about Gaza take years off my life.
The holidays are so fraught for me bc they always bring me into contact with people like this. If it wasn't for other family around that I actually like I would just cut this whole thing short now.
