I don't think we're really getting any choice about the "repeating it" part. Seems to be happening no matter what any one individual does.
I wish I were surprised at this point. Surely there will be a consequence right? Right?

And let us never forget that Carmen Ortiz and Stephen Heymann were responsible for his death.
From there, he proceeds to rub oompa loompas on himself, fuck up his company so bad a literal child could run it better, and then run for president after claiming he could get away with shooting someone on fifth avenue.
At this point watching the movie seems redundant.
