Need more fiber in our diets

Not overtly leftist, but I've been reading Mitsuboshi Colors lately. It's just a cute little slice of life gag comedy, about a trio of little girls. But it weirdly has some radical politics thrown in?

The little girls have declared a random beat cop who works in the park they hang out in as their mortal enemy. At one point, the girls call him "A lapdog of The State" and there's this whole anti-landlord bit

So occasionally the girls will be used by the author to state some anti-capitalist political position, so that's fun.

Nah it's bad. Megas are cool for general discussion, but a forum like this relies on standalone posts. Otherwise, you're just making a discord server with extra steps. And there's a reason I'm here and not on discord ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Is one of them RFK's brain worm?

I don't mind those posts, but I'd also like more variety outside the megas. Hence the desire for more fullfledged posts

While the Megathreads are great, encouraging posts outside of them would be nice as well

People are free to enjoy whatever kind of music. I happen to think Imagine Dragons is schlock music for car commercials, but that's besides the point.

It's just not music that fits with the setting at all. It feels like they just blew a chunk of their production budget on expensive licensed music, because they had that sweet sweet Netflix money to throw around. Not because it enhanced the atmosphere or emotionality of the piece.

I definitely find its overall story to be really underwhelming. I do not care at all about the political machinations of this setting. The more grounded, interpersonal drama between the show's lead characters is much more well done

Season 1, we haven't gotten around to starting 2 yet

I like it, it's giving werid 90s PC game vibes

Shonen is mostly a garbage genre for teenage boys.

I really adore more pensive slice of life stuff like Wandering Son and Yuru Camp.
