The infamous 1938 dramatization of War of the Worlds.
Its a really unique experience both as a historical artifact and as the radio play equivalent of a found footage film. I recommend skipping the introduction by cutting to 2:16 in order to make it more immersive.
Also I would like some recommendations, I was really into NightVale back in the day and enjoy Magnus Archives.
Tbf I enjoy it. Dumb translator notes are deeply unprofessional, and therefore a sign that they're being done for the enjoyment of it. They're bad but they're kinda cozy in their own way.

Disposable cameras. The wastefulness of an object made to be thrown away aside, they took bad pictures, and if you wanted to take more than 10-15 pictures of your trip you'd have to bring a bunch of the things with you. Price wise an inexpensive traditional camera and half a dozen rolls of film were about the same price of five of the things IIRC.

The people who say shit like "Oh dating sucks now, you can't even flirt anymore" drive me up a fucking wall. Its not that people are prudes now, people don't put up with sexual harassment like they used to, and that's a good thing. The discussion around consent seems to be a lot better than it was when I was younger. There have also been improvements in sex ed and survivor resources in the past decade.
My favorite part of linux news is that you get a headline like this and to 99.5% of the population it sounds like word salad but at the same time there's at least 15 dudes who are going to be totally stoked by this.
I was able to find more on it and you're mostly correct. Some of it is pretty generic trivia questions, there's stuff about crime statistics and then there are questions about shit like the average vaginal dimensions of various racial groups.
