Not only do more Chinese citizens say they live in democracy than American citizens do the same, massive plurality of Chinese citizens believe so and the minority of USAians say the same. The USA is the undemocratic monster.

I've got a stack of Pokemon cards on my desk and just flick them around, read the text, riffle them etc. very satisfying

I'm undiagnosed. I had a fidget spinner but I lost it. Also I got negative reactions from others who found it noisy and distracting. So mostly I spin pens and learn pen tricks. It's more socially acceptable in the work place because it looks like I'm involved and I can pretend I'm taking notes (or actually take notes/doodle). Downside is that I chew on them and get ink all over things. I probably would look for something pen shaped and weighted.
