It’ll be a brown ale when it’s done, I’m a huge fan of malty ales. Looking forward to trying some more adventurous recipes in the future though. Seeing as it has been a while i figured starting with a tried and true classic was probably a good idea.

Looks like a wonderful tulip to me….
This seemed like a pretty normal amount of bubbles to me, but it’s also been a while since I’ve brewed. Using different yeasts can also give you a lot of different results…
