It’s been 4 or 5 years since I’ve actively been brewing, but recently I caught the bug again. So I started up a batch and omg it’s alive! I’d forgotten how much fun this hobby can be!

It’ll be a brown ale when it’s done, I’m a huge fan of malty ales. Looking forward to trying some more adventurous recipes in the future though. Seeing as it has been a while i figured starting with a tried and true classic was probably a good idea.
