it's the most 2000s show imaginable, but it's cool that they show the good guys^TM^ Space-USians living under foreign occupation for a few eps and resorting to martyr bombings
when these 6 gather in one location they require at least two unscrupulous doctors to be on call at all times. the amount of very specialised medicine/drug cocktails that need to be dispensed at specific hours of the day is hard to imagine
five cities scattered randomly along the coast
twenty little towns a certain predictable distance away from those cities
another twenty tiny villages here and there
one person living in the exact centre
great worldbuilding people, very realistic fantasy map
lol. climate stalin is taking away your steak and giving you soy
soybean meal, "waste" from making soybean oil, can be used to make human foods: TVP, soy protein isolate, etc. there's no need to feed them into an animal, torture and murder the animal, then eat the dead animal carcass for less nutritional value than the soy meal fed to the animal.
just eat the beans buddy

i just got mind-blasted by vivid memories of dentist waiting rooms, the noise of suction paper tube things and whirring drills, smell of clove oil and disinfectant, and bookshelves full of worn out kids books
I kind of remember the human body one, with white blood cells being body-cop hovercars, and also little dudes at one point piloting sperm planes on a mission to kamikaze onto ovums? And at another point evil bacterial miners on the teeth grew stronger when they got sugar supplies, so they could pickaxe into the teeth more efficiently
I remember the world history cartoon but not sure if it's this series. if i remember right they did the classic "world history progress" of stone age -> ancient mesopotamia (clay tablets) -> ancient egypt -> ancient greece (they invented pondering things!) -> rome (they invented marching in formation!) -> medieval europe -> european renaissance (they invented nice paintings) -> mongols/gunpowder -> french revolution maybe -> wwII.
you know, because history happened at one place at a time, and it all built towards the french revolution and european democracy.
these videos were already ancient when i wantched them as a kid ages ago
a human looking at a delicious nutritious soybean: "can't wait to reduce these calories and nutrients by 80% by ways of murder and environmental destruction"
lol
unsurprisingly, turns out the Australia civ is based on settler-colonial anglo australia (as seen in the Hugh Jackman movie) and not the 99% of civilization, culture and history that happened before the continent was blessed with whites
very cool
