No pretty sure this is fairly normal for Europe.
Fucking hell im glad i went through my cringe years during shitty low bandwidth dialup internet and phone cameras that looked vaguely like actual pictures.

I listened to the latest Citations Needed episode on The Economy^tm^ and it really helped me with a lot of shit that has been stirring around in my brain for the last 12-18 months on how the media reports on what a "healthy" economy is supposed to look like vs what it actually looks like for a normal working class person.
Id highly recommend using it as agitprop for anyone that would be open to listening to it because it really shows the contrast between what a good economy means to a capitalist vs what it means to a worker. Rents unaffordable, fuel, food, interest rates, electricity prices are fucking sky rocketing, wages are stagnant, but the media reporting that the economy is recovering because supermarkets and banks make made record profits this quarter.
I feel like there's some realisation finally starting to happen, people are starting to realise how full of shit the economy is. At least i hope so because this is starting to get unbearable.

After the hospital bombing and the response by the media I had a colleague regurgitate some "Jews control the media" nonsense. I pushed back that Judaism isn't Zionism and this is the normal media response to anything relating to western foreign policy and maintaining US hegemony. Shits depressing.
