Es gibt deshalb gerade kaum Leerstand, obwohl genug Platz für viel mehr Bewohner da wäre. Sprich, selbst wenn du aufs Land ziehen wolltest, musst du oft bauen und das ist, wie im Artikel beschrieben, meist nicht umsetzbar.
