There's lots of costs to AWS. They'll rope you in with the whole free tier for compute and storage. But AWS has charges for outbound traffic, detailed logging, elastic IPs, etc.

It's a whole job to just do cost analysis for cloud services.

That one dollar in the 33% bracket has .33 in taxes instead of .28. So their obligation goes up .05 per every dollar in the 33% tax bracket.

Virginian here. It's every year for us. State positions are in the odd years.

Where I live, we had early voting for a whole month now. We went during the second week - 0 minute wait. It took longer to walk into the building and follow the signs than it was to get my ballot, vote, and walk out.

I live in the DC area. It's the same even though I know it's a solid blue area for like a 30 mile radius

No... Not made in Wyoming. That's where the LLC is, but not the actual manufacturing facility.

Looks great for most of America. Sadly, I wouldn't qualify.

At least not at the national level. Third parties do fairly well locally.

There were 6 or 7 candidates for President on the Virginia ballot. Would have been great to have RCV at the bare minimum here.
