Getting your T down with pills is impressive! Congratulations.

I just copied the treatment plan from https://doi.org/10.1089/trgh.2023.0022

No apparent advantage my ass, monotherapy is monotherapy.

"...0.5 mg of estradiol taken sublingually, roughly every 6 hours"? Do you wake up during night to take a dose or do you take one right before sleep and right after waking up?

For me it was 1mg, 4mg total. I'm guessing they made actual sublingual pills for the study, but I broke apart oral 2mgs to make it work. No waking up. Every 4 hours fits neatly into my awake time. Starting at 7 in the morning then last dose at 7 in the evening.

I do concede there are times I wanted to just give up and beg for injections. Get a wristwatch with timers. If it's a smart watch get a medication app that dings you. I think android and ios have native medication apps that can ping you. After so many months now the medication has become ritualized. Also they sell cute pill travel cases with a compact mirror.

CONGRATS! Damn it feels good to be a ma'amster. I'm sorry for making you read that.

Girl it sure does feel amazing though don't it? I just got my monotherapy mostly dialed in and it just feels so nice.
