This gives me that same sort of frustration. It's awful, because it has no understanding of...anything really. I think it's still the plan, remilitarising is part of removing the military dependency.
There really is no other plan, it may be unlikely to work for them but they're going to try rather than do nothing and see global leadership and strength slip away from them entirely.
