Finnish melodic death metal favorite of mine. Kalmah have had a very consistent and underground career. Definitely underrated, they got a lot of flak for sounding too close to Children of Bodom. But after their 3rd album Kalmah really struck out in their own heavier style, with lower growls.

Listened to Kalmah craving more of that Children of Bodom sound. They’re a great recommendation for CoB fans! And I do love this album. But nah I haven’t found anything close to CoB lol they are their own beast🤘🏼
