.world has already been down, back up, and down again. It might be smart until everything is resolved.
ugh
Honestly, the name was a big reason I downloaded it, along with how active the developers have been. I keep forgetting the names of the other apps. Wefwef stood out, along with the cute mouse.
It seems like the users are happy with the name change, and I'm excited for the devs to be working on their finished concept.
I loved the name so much. It stood out from the other apps.
From what I've read, links were redirecting to "shock" websites. It's more of an old-internet Rick roll, but with gore type content instead of a silly music video. I don't think we have to worry about data, but we'll learn more in the next hour(s).
Thank you!
Can someone ELI5 what this means? Do users need to be vigilant? Is information or malware being passed around? What can we expect going forward?
That is interesting. I'm not surprised Japan was ahead, but not by over a decade.
My dad had a landline until probably 2018. I'm guessing it must have been bundled with some network package because he had two smart phones by then.
The timeline of technology is absolutely crazy, especially phones. Like you mentioned, it hasn't even been that long. I got my first "smartphone" in maybe 2012.
Thank you for reminding me to finally make an account. I've had that app downloaded for months.
Thank you!
Ohh, okay. Can't help there, but thank you for helping the community!!
From what I've read in the rules, I believe this link is okay to post. Choose the sport you'd like to watch from the side bar. I think the .io link is also secure, but I've read warnings to only use .net.
sportsurge.net
They're posting links that redirect to NSFW sites, and possibly Not Safe For Your Browser sites, as well. There could be phising links sent out next.
