I love how its name is Pandora Sphinx.

Is it a leaf or a moth? Only one way to know, but it cannot be undone. crunch

Wow, I had the same problem as the one you replied to and I thought you were making a joke I didn't get but I stand corrected. You were absolutely 100% right.

Turns out I was focusing at infinity, didn't even realize it was a different thing than crossing my eyes until I tried to cross my eyes first before focusing on the pictures...

Very cool, thanks.

This is why people should either left harmless stranger alone or ask politely before assuming something about said stranger.

I'm using voyager app and I just know about this! ~~Is that a feature I should turn on in the setting? Because right now, I couldn't seem to find the option "tag" anyone.~~

Edit: Found it in the settings. Nice!

I thought by "not on the verge anymore" you were implying that catbox is no more and not the opposite. Good to hear, already donated too 😊

Keeping my eyes on this. Hopefully it'll thrive

Interesting, I just read about it from Talos 2.

Is this Severance or are you talking about something else?

This would've been the best response. Leaving 5 star review on your company's product + signalling transparency and good communication with costumers? One stone two birds.

When I pushed him on whether he’d sue anyone over trademark infringement, he admitted it was possible but said he’d only take on large companies. “So kids drawing on their school books will be safe?” I asked.

“Of course!” he exclaimed. “The symbol is nothing without the people who draw it on their school books or tag it on their walls. All I hope to do is inspire people to draw the S and truly revel in its irreverence.”

You're good.

First, I'm sorry if this is not the right place to discuss this.

I've been using both desktop browser (Firefox) and Voyager to lurk around Lemmy and try to reduce my Reddit use. Though most of the time, I went back to Reddit to search simple things such as:

  • "Best FOSS productivity Android app 2024"
  • "Linux distro NVIDIA"
  • "Recommended e-book reader beginner"
  • "Good quality air fryer"
  • etc

The point is, I like to check someone personal opinion and list of recommendations first when I want to make a decision to use/buy certain things.

I know for tech related questions, there are lemmy posts somewhere talking about them, but it's hard to find these posts because the search feature separate searching for posts and comments content when I believe both are equally important in subject/topic/discussion-oriented platform.

With Reddit, I can use the google trick ("site:reddit.com bla bla") to help me find what I need, but it's not that straight forward with Lemmy, considering there are many instances.

For example, someone might make a post asking for "affordable SSD", the comments might write "affordable" as "cheap", "bang for bucks", or "inexpensive". Search feature for both posts and comments will improve the chance of people finding relevant information.

Is there any way to do this? So then I can rely less on Reddit to find recommendations?
