You could be talking about either company here. I'm no fan of AI but you know this will set precedent for scummy companies like Warner Brothers to over reach into other things for "copyright reasons".

I transited through LA once on my way to Canada over 10 years ago now. That 5 hour experience alone was enough to make me say I don't ever want to even fly through this shit hole again, let alone leave the airport and visit the country as a whole.

I can only imagine how much worse it is now with all this vile bullshit going on.

I finished off A Sunlit Man and honestly it was probably the worst Sanderson book I've listened to. Not to say it is bad per se but it was a bit of a slog to get through. I enjoyed the link with Stormlight and tie ins with the cosmere but by the end of it it sort of ruined my enthusiasm for books in general for a bit and I've been listening to more music this past week consequently. I can't even really put my finger on what I found so boring about it but there you go.

I'll go back to some Deathlands this week I think but mostly I think music will be on heavy rotation instead.

90% of other cyclists I see on the road cycle with no lights and wearing dark colours with nothing reflective. It is dangerous enough as it is sharing the road with idiots in cars I can never understand why people make it even more dangerous for themselves willingly.

I know this post is about adding that feature to this app but if you have the link for the gif you want (or if you can copy the gif link from the search you are talking about you can add it as a link and make it appear in line with an !

Usually a link is formatted like this (without the spaces):

[ ] ( link )

If you add an ! at the beginning it'll post the image link inline within the comments like this (again minus the spaces):

! [ ] ( link )

I know this isnt what you asked for but in case it is helpful I thought I'd mention in as a stop gap for you :)

I have seen some guides around like this one and some videos about it on YouTube so it is definitely possible, would it be worth it though? I'm not sure.

I feel like it would be less hassle to just get a frameset that supports them as standard.

Bearings are a pretty common part that can be bought in various qualities across all sizes, I dont feel like you are going to be getting a significantly smoother ride just from upgrading to through axles, it is more about the stiffness and alignment that is gives the wheel. If you wanted just a smoother ride, like another commenter said, I feel like you'd get more bang for your buck from properly servicing and upgrading the bearings you have or buying a better quality wheelset.

Fair enough I guess, I completely disagree but we are all different :D

My favourite half marathon I did was during torrential downpours and I had to wade through a stream that had broken its banks and was nearly up to my knees. You get to a point where your feet can't get any wetter and embrace it. It was fucking great! :D

That is fair enough and is an aspect I didn't consider not having to use them myself. It is just a shame as like 80% of my best ever runs have been during downpours or snow or other inclement weather.

The other 20% tend to be from beautiful places I may not usually run like when ive been on holidays.

100g of chicken breast offers you around 21g of protein, so two chicken breasts will be around 300g offering you 63g of protein straight away if you dump the meal replacement drink and just ate two chicken breasts for lunch. Couple it with a salad or something if you need to.

A 300g pot of cottage cheese will offer you around 10.5g of protein so having one of those with some kind of meat or even by itself as a snack can help add on some extra.

Tuna is another easy source of high protein that you can smash into other meals just to add additional protein into them.

For breakfasts make something like "overnight oats" with Greek yoghurt and rolled oats, both the yoghurt and the oats are decent enough sources of protein, I often added a scoup of protein powder in with my oats as well as fruit for flavour and that will be a decent bump in your daily protein intake before you've even really started the day.

I have always found the best way of hitting your protein goals is to find something you like best that has high protein in it (for me that is chicken breast) and then go looking for some recipes or create some dishes you like around that core source of protein. My super power is I can eat the exact same meals day in and day out for literally years and not get bored, so I find something I like then just keep making the same thing over and over, either way you need to get used to eating my quantity of those protein high foods which for a lot of people can get boring.

Supplements like protein powders can be good for getting that little bit extra here and there to meet your goals but you are gonna struggle to hit those goals if you rely on them too heavily.

If you wanna bulk and put on muscle mass you have to start eating a lot more basically. Muscle requires more to build but then also maintain.

It will be hard to begin with but sit down and try and plan out a couple of high protein meals you like, start with them and then try and add variety if you need it over time I'd say otherwise you will overwhelm yourself with a shit ton of different recipes and numbers.

Good luck!

As someone whose current best streak before breaking my foot was 898 days, why would you not run when it is raining? They are some of the best runs? Seems like a weird rule to me.

Either way, good luck though! Running everyday is great and I wish current injuries didn't keep me from doing it!

I doubt anyone cares at all. You get a fair amount of snobs who will lock their files up and ask for specific trades or for bandcamp vouchers in exchange for access to what they have but I don't converse with those types personally. If I see them I usually block them from downloading anything of mine out of principle because I can't stand that attitude.

However everyone else I've interacted with there are more concerned about the quality and don't really care of origin or anything like that.
