In case anyone is new around here or missed it before -
Last time I looked at it the Lemmy world mods discord server was just a giant dick sucking contest where they just egg each other on with shit like this, I wouldn't expect any of them to call each other out.
When they have an issue with a specific user they will rally around the group to build dislike for that particular user posting screen shots and berating them between themselves.
I haven't been on there for 6 months + as I deleted my discord account but I doubt much has changed in that time.
I've noticed this recently that all the companies have just slapped a charge port on the device and maybe a replaceable tank thing and call it "reusable" and that's that.
Still see them littering the floors everywhere.
It is weirder to me that people back shit like this up. I have zero desire to keep a backup of chat and random images people have sent me.
Shame it is only 128 MP3s, I'm guessing that is what the audio is streamed at.
I agree but mixcloud isn't far behind it I don't reckon. Especially as they used to have unlimited free uploads. I have 60 or more mixes on there myself and I'm just a bedroom DJ
Morning, midday or evening the time of day doesn't matter it is where that person is on their own schedule. If they are working nights then breakfast is an evening meal and dinner could be 5am.
“Terrible for the person driving behind, who struck them"
Won't somebody think of the driver!?
I'd say it is fairly common. I have set up quite a few tubeless tyres and their ability to stay inflated over time when not being used seems to be utterly random to me.
I have a bike currently that I haven't used for a few weeks that I know if I go back to now one tyre will still be at a pressure close to when I left it and the other will be pretty much flat.
I have re taped the rim, changed the tyre and tried two different types of sealant but it still needs pumping properly before use if I have left it without using it for more than a few days.
On other bikes I have had similar experiences as well. Wheels I have setup in identical ways with identical products have either held pressure or not over time with no real reason to point to either.
My point being in my experience I have accepted this as part of running tubeless and will always just need to pump up tyres after a period of not using them. Sorry I can't offer any tips but if you find something that works please let me know.
Do you mean over time, like if you leave the bike for a week then come back to it?
Or do you mean you are having trouble keeping it inflated full stop?
Any image can mess with you if you are in the right mindset / point of your trip. AI isn't going to make anything more "obliteration" worthy than the real world already does.
If anything it would be less appealing because it isn't real, part of the appeal with something like a normal water bottle is the wonder of the natural world and the way your mind is interpreting it at that point in time.
This seems to periodically happen for me at random times, I haven't had it for about a week and then it was doing it sporadically yesterday. This morning it won't stay connected to any servers I tried for very long.
