@constantokra yes, the documentation is pretty fragmented and outdated.
What you are describing is indeed weird, I’ve never heard something like that happen to anyone.
If the shell doesn’t work for you maybe you can try emailing the administrator about your situation, and have you tried the same with a brand new account?
