... you do know that every subsequent book in the series longer than the previous one, right? ._.

The final book of the Dark Tower series! Been slowly working my way through them, and just started the seventh volume.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition!

I keep having the problem in the PeerTube app that videos don‘t start to play and just endlessly load. Can‘t seem to find a pattern if it is related to certain instances or channels. On the web, everything works fine, all videos load quickly and without interruption. Any ideas?

This is just so hilarious and sad at the same time. For some context, the Swiss military had (after a lengthy and expensive process) selected the Gripen to replace its fleet of aging F18s. That decision was then overturned by the Swiss voters via a referendum, causing the whole process to restart and finally, years later, selecting the F35… and now we are back at square one I guess.

Who is left at this point? Japan and maybe India?

This reminds me of that one subreddit, “science diagrams that look like shitposts“ or something like that?

I'm not sure how you got that impression - the eradication of smallpox may very well be one of the greatest successes of modern medicine. It's a story about hope, and what we can achieve if we work together.
