Geld ist schön und gut, aber was habe ich von meinem job, wenn das was dabei rumkommt nicht ein Produkt mitbestimmt und dies nicht per Wertschätzung kommuniziert wird?

Mensch fühlt sich immer zu einem bestimmten Abwerkörpertyp hingezogen. Bedeutet dass es kein Wunder ist, wenn deine samples einen starken bias aufweisen.

Wirklich Reiche arbeiten auch nicht sondern leben von ihren Zinserträgen.
An die will Olaf aber auch nicht ran. Hier geht es wieder mal um die Mittelschicht. Große Teile in Deutschland sind gehaltsmäßig so weit abgerutscht, dass man ihnen erzählen kann, das wären die Reichen.
Edith: was hier als"Gutverdiener" verkauft wird. Das ist so ein gutes Gehalt damit kann man sich im urbanen Raum keine Wohnung mehr leisten

I would say there are two types of devs.
The HACKER MAN knowing everything, always have the only solution and being boss in their realm
The DAUBTER thinking they know too less, always searching for the best solution for the problem and trying to get as many information to solve the problem as possible
Even having the imposter syndrome as a big problem for mental health. I genuinely have the opinion it makes the better devs.
