They recently released the closed beta, and gave streamers HEAPS of keys.

So far:
- works on Linux via proton-GE
- 10 minute maximum games which I really like having a family. I can jump on have a quick 1v1 and jump off
- instant build for units makes for a unique mechanic and honestly is quite fun
- 1v1 was instant queue times
- 2v2 (with a friend) took over 5 minutes, not sure if bug, or no-one was on
- region based queues I think, and you can change it in the options
All in all I could see myself playing this for at least 2 months on this single map, and with more maps I could play it for a long time
