Anyone knows how that fingerprinting might have worked here? Unless you used a very specific combination of browser extensions, I can't get my head around how it could track you... Or do they maybe use external services like Google Analytics to identify users? But even that would require that you logged in somewhere else before with that same browser.

Does someone have experience with a de-googled Android phone (graphene, /e/, ...) for professional use in IT? I need a ton of authenticator apps (Microsoft Authenticator, Oracle Authenticator,...), various VPN apps and privacy-invading 'security' apps. Does such stuff typically work without play services and with a custom rom?

In the past I used a custom rom on my private phone and already there it was a bit of hassle to get the banking app running. I'd assume it to be worse with these professional spyware apps. Am I right?

PS: As a last resort - if she can't get find someone to pick the stuff up - most places in Germany offer a service called "Sperrmüll", a kind of garbage collection specialized on furniture which doesn't cost much (~5€ per m³).

As far as I know it's a license thing. For wireless they have to pay a fee to Google (I think I read something like 500 USD but no guarantee for the number). You can get an wired2wireless adapter for less than 50 bucks, so I personally don't see it as an issue.

I got an Ioniq 6 and am pretty satisfied with the car. I'm fine with wired Android Auto but there are also pretty cheap adapters to convert it into wireless.
