I think almost no one took it as cumulative or underestimate how long it takes to walk anywhere. I could easily accumulate 30 minutes of walking during work and I'm sitting in an office most of the time.

No idea, never watched them. Now that I think about it, I've been watching less and less youtube this last months to a point I think I wouldn't miss it much if it went subscription only or I couldn't block ads.

I knew a couple opus dei families with 10-11 kids. Young children ate at a separate table in the kitchen and weren't allowed to eat at the same table than the rest of the family until after they did the first communion. At first I thought it was a weird tradition but maybe it was just crowd control.
