I have a visor CD holder with a few burnt copies of albums I always enjoy. Yes my car has Bluetooth and yes I use it, but sometimes it's just easier to pop in a CD. It's also more legal, a couple of years ago a coworker got ticketed for distracted driving because the cop saw him switching albums on his phone while driving. I doubt you'll get pulled over for swapping CDs.

This is how I know I'm getting old, my first thought was "spinning rust for always on long term storage" and then I remembered it's 2025 and SSD's are about equal now.

Get off my lawn, your interrupting Matlock!

Reading though the comments I think something I said earlier today is going to be true. Technology Connections is going to be the XKCD of video explainers.

Nah, their high class, it would be a printed off certificate and a pizza party forgetting that I'm severely lactose intolerant.

Nice of you to use their native German so they'd understand.

I do this too, though I have one scenario that I replay variations of where a disgruntled employee comes back with a group of mercenaries to take revenge and "do damage to the company" and I take them down John McClane style.

I of course am handsomely rewarded by the company and both respected and a little feared by my coworkers. That's usually where I snap out of it since that's the most unbelievable part.
