CATASCHTROUMPF : en voulant corriger une bête coquille dans puzzel (une inversion de lettres qui ne changeait rien au schmilblick), le logiciel a tout déplacé, retracé la grille, et je ne peux pas retrouver la position originale !!!

Du coup, je vous donnerai les soluces par définition et non pas par numéro de définition, attention !

Protégez-vous en adoptant les gestes suivants :

• restez au frais ;
• buvez de l’eau et privilégiez l’eau gélifiée ou l’eau pétillante pour les personnes qui font des fausses routes ;
• évitez les boissons à forte teneur en caféine type café, thé ou très sucrées comme les sodas ;
• mouillez-vous le corps et ventilez-vous ;
• fermez volets et fenêtres ;
• privilégiez les activités douces ;
• mangez frais et équilibré ;
• évitez les efforts physiques
• passez du temps dans un endroit frais (cinéma, bibliothèque, supermarché …)
• évitez l’alcool ;
• prenez des nouvelles des plus fragiles ;
• en cas de malaise, appelez le 15.
• Il est aussi important de surveiller votre alimentation. Mangez suffisamment, en fractionné au cours de la journée si besoin et nourrissez-vous de façon équilibrée en privilégiant des aliments riches en eau (fruits, crudité, légumes, soupes froides, compotes, etc.). Enfin, évitez de manger ou de boire des produits glacés.

Gardez votre logement frais

Voici quelques recommandations pour maintenir votre logement au frais :

• Dans la journée, fermez les volets dès que le soleil tape sur la fenêtre ou avant de partir travailler le matin. Fermez aussi les fenêtres dès que la température extérieure dépasse celle de votre logement. Si votre logement a des expositions multiples, maintenez les fenêtres fermées du côté du soleil et ouvertes du côté ombragé si cela permet de faire des courants d'air.
• Pour refroidir les pièces, par évaporation d'eau, vous pouvez pendre un linge humide devant une fenêtre ouverte du côté ombragé.
• Ouvrez les fenêtres la nuit et créez des circulations d'air pour évacuer la chaleur stockée à l'intérieur.
• Utilisez ventilateurs et brumisateurs. Vous pouvez placer un pain de glace ou un sac de glaçons devant un ventilateur.
• Éviter de faire fonctionner des appareils qui produisent de la chaleur : plaques chauffantes, four...
• Vous pouvez aussi placer sur les vitres des films anti-chaleur, ils peuvent repousser jusqu'à 90 % des rayonnements solaires avant qu'ils ne pénètrent à l'intérieur des pièces.

• Nudibranchs will follow the scent trail left by potential partner. When they catch up with them they start courtship which involves the gentle touching of each other

• Nudibranchs will take every opportunity they can to mate when finding a partner. One quirk of their anatomical development whilst maturing into adults is that the male reproductive organs will grow, and be functional before their female organs. This is called protandry....

• They can still take the opportunity to mate though as a 'male'..... It has been suggested that any sperm passed to the 'male' partner, can be stored within their bodies until their female organs have matured. It will then use the stored sperm to fertilize its eggs!

• Mating duration depends on species, and can vary from brief encounters to several hours!

• Goniobranchus reticulatus is an unusual nudibranch as after it has mated the external part of its penis detaches! And within 24 hours it grows back.....!

Scientists think this mating strategy has evolved so the sperm of rival nudibranchs stored in the vagina of their mate will not accidentally get passed on to future mates source
