Do you have an example of cops talking about rights? That sounds like a generally good thing, but I'm probably missing something.

They don't probably unless you know them or it is a really slow day.

  1. After the first time the dog should have been on a leash
  2. In the words of Billy Madison, you get your ass out there and you find that f@#$ing dog. Don't use emergency services when a shovel will do.

Reverse engineering the server is reverse engineering the whole game. It's going to require skilled engineers and a significant time investment. It may be possible, but not practical.

Also, the client will likely verify it is talking to a legitimate server by checking a certificate, so you may also have to hack the client too.

At some point you're better off making your own game with hookers and blackjack.

I could see Chuck Schumer smugly saying this with his glasses sliding down his nose.

They aren't seizing on shit. They are saying 'nuh uh! Our old man was better because he fought people who couldn't fight back.'

They took him into a room and said "hey, do you want a mountain of legal bribes? If not, we will primary you with that same mountain"

Oddly this year they are really prevalent in my area. In prior years I haven't seen nearly as many.

I'm intentionally avoiding lawn treatments and insecticides this year. I love my yard, but I'm also thinking about switching to clover.

I ran it for a while, and loved it. Cinnamon is sleek and feels polished. The installation is really fast and not bloated with garbage software.

Everything generally works, and the interface feels familiar.

It is Ubuntu/Debian under the hood, so compatibility with most software is good. Bleeding edge drivers may run into issues, but most of them work with a little fiddling.

It's worth a try. If nothing else toss it on a USB drive and give it a test drive.

Some browsers have built in fingerprint resistance techniques you can enable:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/resist-fingerprinting

I wouldn't entirely trust it, but enabling this feature in strict mode would tick a few of your listed boxes.

I'm also a developer. I had a some light automation set up, and one day decided to revert the whole thing.

When I enter a room I flip the switch, and the lights come on. It's so elegant and simple, no sensors or wifi required.

I do have one automated light in my basement, but it is just a dumb motion sensor in my laundry room. that's nice when my hands are full, otherwise I'm capable of toggling the lights.

People do some cool stuff with automation, but for the most part these are solved problems. I don't need to hit a movie button on my phone and have the room reconfigure itself. I do, however, need to get my steps in, so I'll walk across a room.

The train is in my thoughts and prayers.

The rich ladies getting square "Chad" jaws really throw me off. I don't understand the appeal, who wants a super wide chin?

I recently took a trip to Tennessee and there were unfortunately quite a few MAGA stores. They also sold Trump crap at the normal tourist trap sort of stores.

It was a little ironic that most of those tourist traps were run by Indian families.
