I bought an unlocked pixel 4a while back so I could install LineageOS and extend my phones life. Still getting updates and on the latest android version.

Never use a case. Had one on my blackberry back in the day, but never since. I'm pretty careful with my phone. When I am holding it, I recognize that it's a $500 device and needs to be treated with care. That being said, I am a strong supporter of being present in the moment and my phone usually only comes out if I need to call/text or look up some information. Unless im sitting in a vehicle or waiting room, I just don't really use my phone much.

Might as well enjoy it if you have to take care of it either way.

People who parent like this piss me off. Keep your kid in check, you are making the rest of us look bad.

Check out Tribler. It uses a similar technology to Tor, but for torrents.

Tribler works well. Its not as fast as standard torrents, but its not unreasonable either. I see lots of talk of I2P, but man, it's not a simple thing to setup and the torrents are restricted to what's on the I2P network. Generally missing a ton of stuff and downloads are very slow, much slower than Tribler.

It's not bad food, but it's definitely not worth the money.

So, this question comes from someone with no background in development or marketing but, wouldn't this money be better spent on develoment or marketing of Firefox. I'm a little more worried about having a long term alternative to Chrome based browsers than self hosting photos. This is not a knock on Ente or any other photo hosting script, I am very interested in a fully functional self hosted Google photos alternative, but my priorities start with Firefox.

Shhh! Don't alert Nintendo.

Is infosec.pub going to federate with or block meta? Sorry if this is a duplicate post, I couldn't find an answer.
