Lineage OS is so smooth made my Redmi Note 9 such a pleasant experience. Although I woulf recomend flashing the forked version with MicroG bundled to be able to use google apps.

I like the idea, I think displaying the % of likes just as some other Reddit clients used to have could also be good.

I would consider uninstalling google apps and any other bloatware using ADB tools.

If you are using Gnome just use Gnome tweaks and install “Dash to dock” extension(it has auto hide feature). There are many usefull extensions in the Gnome extensions site.

This makes me remember the 33 chileans that were trapped in a mine after it collapsed for 2 months that eventually were rescued.

I use Thunder, it has a clean interface, is customizable and fast.

Use Piped, there are Android apps like Newpipe and Libretube that use the servers. And also Freetube for your PC.

I've connect my old android phone full of pirated streaming software to the tv, works a charm. You can even cast it and use the phone as a remote.
