So weird question, but how drunk does someone have to be before they don’t remember something?

A friend of mine whom I’m like in love with got really drunk and kissed me and I think he might like me and I’ve been trying to figure out how to talk to him about it but now I’m wondering if he remembers it and is taking my ignoring it as a sign that I don’t like him
