So, a couple of months ago I gave a guy a lift (English wasn't his first language)
Anyway, he asked if I "had grinder" and it took me a full couple of months to realise that he wasn't hitting on me, but was asking if I smoked.

Well ... I think I always knew, but just like it never seemed possible, so I ignored it. Then I had a dream one day, and in it a relative told me I was trans, and I guess from then on it seemed so obvious

Hey everyone! Quick question, I'm switching from patches to pills (estradiol) - wondered if anyone had any advice on dosages?

I use Evorel 100 patches (changed twice a week), I assume the dosage isn't like 1 to 1. Sorry! And thanks for any advice. Elle
