Last I checked you couldn't even control dpms monitor standby with xset and there was no equivalent.
xset is xorg. The equivalent depends on your compositor, e.g. kscreen-doctor --dpms off for KDE Plasma and swaymsg "output * dpms off" for Sway.

This made me check r/traa and it seems they never forced it back open which is very telling. They forced the tiniest subs back open but I guess they never wanted us on the site.
I nuked my personal instance because of this :(
Dealing with pictrs is just frustrating currently since there's no tools for its database format and no frontend for the API. I half-expected this outcome but I hope it gets better in the future.

The closest I know is AcoustID but it's only worked with full song files when I tried it via the API and I'm not sure how well it would work with a bad microphone recording.
