Cut our taxes! Don't make ugly utilitarian structures! Typical ignorant whinging.

I hope they mount a nice speed camera on it.

car thieves aren't slipping away in car chases. The car is in a box on a ship in the ocean before the cops know anything about it.

If the cops start digging a bit into longstanding organized crime groups, the judge will jail them for a long time. Police aren't bringing those cases.

the problem with the 407 is that the Ontario taxpayer paid to build it and then gave it away for nothing when nobody really wanted to drive on it. The P3 model is shit.

maybe some business taxes need to increase to de-incentivize commercial overuse of public roads. Surely the free market can provide a solution like a profitably tolled tunnel running right under the Gardiner?

3 nested death spirals. Or at least 2. Hydro should recover, at least temporarily, outside of El Nino.

The article doesn't waate time on talking about what the govt might be doing instead...to...you know... transition away from oil & ng over the next 25y. They certainly won't be slapping 100% tarrifs on super cheap Chinese EVs. Now even cheaper since they can't be dumped in Europe & NA.

why do Republicans care, since the US and Israel don't recognize the court's jurisdiction anyway?

I think both would likely be found guilty by any reasonable court. I don't think Gaza has one, but I think Netanyahu's legal troubles are going to get a lot worse in Israeli courts.
