Email should not score this high. Self hosting an email server is a pain in the ass because every other server sends you to spam by default.

Bardzo mi się podoba takie podejście. Ktoś ma w życiu prosty cel (utrzymanie siebie i bliskich) i wykorzystuje pracę jako narzędzie, a nie jako cel i wartość samą w sobie.

A cheap USB 32GB pendrive. It would barely reach 1MB/s transfer speeds and started corrupting files almost instantly.

Eeh, idk. I've first installed kubuntu 20.04, then used it all the way up to 24.04, updating each version. I tinkered with it, added ppas, ect. and each update new random issues started piling up. I switched to fedora when the update to 24.04 completely broke my system, I don't recommend kubuntu.

Außerdem gibt es den Heroic Launcher. Ich benutze ihn für Epic Games, aber man kann sich auch mit GOG anmelden. Auf diese Weise kann man einfach Steam Proton mit Epic oder GOG nutzen.

I wasn't aware how far along nextcloud is when it comes to collaborative stuff. In that case I agree, it would be better to have one good integrated product, than multiple niche ones.
