If I remember correctly it's because the heroes from TLA took over the world, so now the current order must be characterized as good lest you take away from what was accomplished by them.

I think the main thing people are missing in this conversation is that Tumblr hasn't been that relevant in online discourse for a while now and people today are way more likely to shit on Twitter users.
