A while back I was reading an article about the power of words, and how they could completely up-end lives. The example they used was someone telling a couple:
"I'm sorry, your child didn't make it."
Was talking to a friend last week. He said the first company that offers fully remote, 4-day, 32-hour work weeks at full salary and benefits will get FLOODED with quality resumes, and nobody will ever want to leave there.
I'm feeling attacked.
Read the book. Great story. Was curious why they decided to roll up the program at the end and blow their own cover. Book mentioned it was getting too popular, but that didn't sound right.
Hopefully, the talk will explain it a little better. Bookmarked to watch.
