The Kingdom Rush series and the (totally different) Kingdom Classic/Kingdom Two Crowns series are both excellent. I don't need them on steam (though if given them I will find a good regift home for them) but just to anyone looking!

Interstellar. That ending was so unbelievably dumb that I can't even stomach the rest of the movie thinking about it.

I know it's got rave reviews, a stacked cast, Nolan directing. Plenty was pretty, cool concepts, high stakes scenes. But that ending... shudders

Dumb question, you full restarted the system already yeah?

Surely that attachment is significantly stronger than the sidewall. Even if you tried I think you'd just split the sides along the spiral impression and couldn't launch the top

I live in another very bike centric city, Copenhagen, and bike theft is ~0.5% of bikes every year. Many people lock the bike wheels here, some lock them to a rack/something else as well. It's a lot less locky than the US (where I used to live), but theft still exists.

Since everyone has more support and means here, there is a lot less incentive to steal a bike. It's of course punished harshly but rarely caught.

No clue how Amsterdam handles it or how prevalent it is

They're self rising Pillsbury biscuits (or similar). Not what Americans call cookies that Brits call biscuits

And yeah, they come in a tube. The plastic/papery wrap is structural to keeping the pressure on them. It's pretty neat packaging design. This is the first I've heard of the little pop being considered scary though

My only comment on that is that a Roth is great if you're going to live in the US or a country that acknowledges the Roth as a retirement vessel. If not, it's a huge liability and may need to be liquidated. I'd check specific countries to see unless you're sure you'll be in the US the whole time.

I totally get that, I have a few suggestions since I've been in the same situation for years and have recently improved it.

Our Yamaha stereo takes many HDMI inputs, and has a single TV output, so the TV never needs to change inputs. It's quite easy and quick on the Yamaha.

I bought a Raspberry Pi 500 for ~$100 US and am loving it. I think it could use a speed upgrade (I hear the SD card will do it). Of course it's mouse and keyboard, but we only use it for Netflix, YouTube, etc, so it was easy to make shortcuts and get a small/nice living room keyboard/mouse combo.

It's led to zero ads, and the household discussion was like "would you trade some ease of use to not see this stupid ad?" And we both agreed that it's worth it. So far it's been really nice.

I really want to be a very intelligent, low strength Orc Barbarian who is extremely fragile about feats of strength, showing off, etc. And embarrassed about being perceptive/intelligent

I finally grabbed Subnautica and I'm loving it so far
