This is a fanart of the character, Siradiou from the YA fantasy novel, "Children of Blood and Bone" by Tomi Adeyemi.

I couldn't snatch a link of the art as Instagram sucks but you can find the artist there exactly with the handle, 'plasticbottru.' She's also making a webcomic called "21st Century Knights" which is super cool!!
