Is there a way to block these communities without going to the community itself? I don't want to click on these kinda links to block them.
Seems most people are recommending Bitwarden! Is it free to selfhost? I'm new to selfhosting but I'd love to give this a shot.

I'm trying this out now. I like Jerboa but it has some issues that need worked out first. This seems to be a good alternative for now.
I'd rather not have giant corporations run instances. I like the Fediverse because it feels independent and user controlled.
But, it's all decentralized so I can easily just block it and never have to deal with it.
