Because the mouse falls off the table the second you start typing.

It's probably a good general advice to ask your doctor for "local" vaccinations whenever you move.

The encephalitis vaccine is very common here in southern Germany, but usually skipped in the north where ticks are quite uncommon (which is reasonable, since it's pretty aggressive, being sick for a day or two after the jab is not unlikely).

Dang, what a shitty doctor.

Although I think my perspective is a bit skewed, having grown up in a tick hotspot here in Germany. Everyone is aware of ticks here, pretty sure it's taught in elementary school. And the encephalitis vaccine is pretty much standard, too.

Unless your car is a Kei car, which is one of the main reasons those exist. IIRC.

As far as I'm aware, the big issue is the parking minimums at businesses, not residential buildings. I.e. what you call point B, rather than point A. That's what basically forces huge unwalkable strip malls. Which forces them out of the city. Which forces people to always drive there.

Now, the numbers in Nashville do seem a bit high. But the alternative to built-in parking spots in residential buildings is street parking, which costs just as much as built-in parking, but is entirely paid for by taxes instead. Street parking also takes up space that could be used for protected bike lanes.

Do ticks in America not carry encephalitis (like they do in central/eastern Europe)?Because that's way more dangerous than Lyme disease. I find it weird that it isn't mentioned at all, nor the vaccination against it.

I disagree. Some of them are actually bad.

Being united under a single government doesn't prevent wars within countries today. What makes you think it'd be different if that country was global?

Nur so als Info: Überspannungsschutz ist ziemlich günstig, entweder direkt in der Steckerleiste, oder auch "standalone".

Weil auch wenn die Versicherung zahlt: Neuer PC ist halt einfach Aufwand.

I mean, this does seem like an improvement.

It's not like they didn't discuss this before, they just opened the doors for a change.

AH and PH do form a right angle, that's postulated in the problem. But P is only the projection of H onto the plane if PH is indeed parallel to n. Which is not necessary.

Imagine a nail patrols hammered into a piece of wood at an angle. The wood surface is the plane, the entry point is H and the head of the nail is P. A is anywhere on the line perpendicular to the nail on the board.

If you shine a light from above, you can see P', the projection of P as the end of the shadow cast by thaw nail. Unless the nail is straight, P' != H.

He also doesn't know what a merchant is, and just refers to himself as a sellsword.

I just learned about image hover text in another thread and noticed that voyager currently doesn't implement showing it.

![alt text](https://lemm.ee/pictrs/image/2984903c-19e2-4f9f-a233-a2b03b9048a2.png "hover text")

alt text

Tapping the image to enlarge it will show the alt text. This is correct if there is no hover text (which is not used all that often). If a hover text is given in the markdown, it should take precedence over the alt text when viewing the image.

Thank you.
