I've had a Polar Pace Pro for 2 years now, pretty happy with it in general though it does have a few minor flaws. In relation to what you're after:

  • It's fairly robust, I've managed to scratch the screen a little recently, but I have whacked it a fair few times.
  • Heart rate is pretty accurate, though sometimes it doesn't detect properly during a workout and shows 80odd when I know that's not true. Needs a twist or tightening then shows correctly, but can be annoying.
  • Sleep analysis is good. It's helped me realise how much even 1 drink hinders sleep. HRV, heart rate, breathing rate etc.
  • I charge about once a week with 3/4 workouts.
  • No drinking tracker that I'm aware of, but you could set alarms up.
  • Pedometer seems good, though doesn't cancel during a workout, so after a cycle it tells me I've done 20k steps.

I had a Garmin before too and I'm happy with the switch.

Anyone know if their full sets are available to watch anywhere?

Edit: founds kneecaps here: https://gofile.io/d/AwlOTg

Unfortunately it's how every big team operates now.

My partners car has keyless and I hate it. Every time I get in the key falls out my pocket and ends up under the seat, or I throw it in some cubby hole and can never remember which one.

"Can you come closer to the car, it still won't let me in"

Then there's the time I dropped her off in the car, she left with the key but it still let me drive away. Good job I didn't pop into any shop on the way home.

I genuinely can't figure this out. I found an iPhone label with 1000x, which seems obvious. So what the hell is XY00? Everything else in the image is an example value.

Edit: right reading through this thread it seems its 100x the value, so XY represents a number, e.g. 15, then it would be 1500 cycles. The iPhone label I found must be from an earlier test or something. I like the rest but this seems unclear.

I'd rather see the drivers do 78 laps of the swimming pool

Guess you don't get his support once you're not on the starting grid...

That seems debatable, and in my cynical mind probably influenced by manafacturers.

I got so bored of throwing out ones when the battery had gone. My dentist didn't have any complaints last time I went, but guess we'll see in a few years if it was the right decision!

Wouldn't recommend. I had one, it gave up after a few months. They replaced it, and that did the same.

Does a smoking Father cause neurodivergence in offspring, or does an undiagnosed Father become fixated on smoking?...
