A Nyaruko reference, in 2025? A bold move, but appreciated.

Fuck me

If that data's accurate, it's worse than I thought.

Echoing others: wear a damn mask or you're a reactionary.

Continuing to grind away at Warframe. The grind is now down to 7* frames. The farms are:

-Caliban: Need 35 isoplasts that drop on average 2 per 10 minute bounty. Tedious but doable, already have all the blueprints

-Citrine, Jade, and Komei: each is an RNG drop from their respective mission that can also be bought with pity currency dropped from said mission. Of these, Citrine is far and away the worst, requiring 12 waves of defense per run (~22 minutes for a 6% chance and ~1/14th of the pity currency), Koumei is easy but boring (like 4 minutes for a 4% chance and 5% of the pity currency but it's the exact same every time and the infected are boring to fight), and Jade is easy but more fun (~5 minutes for a 5% chance and 2% of the pity currency, but you get to jump around with reduced gravity and have to hunt for the bonus beacons).

-Kullervo: Wait until Duviri is in the right Spiral, then go there and do a run, taking ~10-15 minutes. Have to do this 3 more times IIRC, which is fine, I just don't like Duviri.

-Protea: Each of the 3 part BPs are from a special mission you can only activate on a certain tileset after getting a special token from an NPC that spawns after several minutes. The mission itself is extremely boring and tedious, as well as being possible to actually fail, unlike most of the rest of these. I got one of the BPs after 3 hours, not looking forward to the other two.

-Sevagoth: Just need to actually do late-game Railjack Void Storms, which are doable, but super slow solo and not much faster with randos (not to mention Railjack's just very buggy in general). Need to drag my coworkers into this.

*I still need a bunch of oxium to actually build Styanax, though I have all the parts now.

Umineko counts for sure. Whereabouts are you, not quite finished E1?

Manga

Finished Vagabond. Don't get the hype, honestly. Maybe it's a translation thing but the "philosophy" is very unclear imo, and while the action is fine it's nothing amazing. Obviously not helped by it just going on indefinite hiatus in the prelude to the final arc. 5/10.

Anime

Finished Pluto. One of the worst things I've ever watched. Ultimately, it's about how the people of Iraq should forgive the US for the invasion because somethingsomething cycle of violence. To that I say, fuck no? Lots of world building that's just vaguely mentioned and never built upon that's much, MUCH more interesting than anything that happens on screen. Every single one of the super robots deserved it, Robot Devil is best boy, Death to Thracia, 1/10.

Finished Re:Zero S3. It's pretty bad. Why do the women and girls all have to look like that? Why does the main character have to act like that? Come on, man. Also, by avoiding the loops, they also avoid the most interesting part of the series IE trying to slowly puzzle out the best path through a problem. 5/10.

Semi-off-topic, but a reminder that Disney (and Disney+ in particular) is on the Boycott, Divest, Sanction list.

Eh, the US dying is necessary for anything good to happen. Much more concerned about stuff like India/Pakistan kicking off due to the (climate change-induced) drop in water level in a major river and the associated water rights. Climate change in general is already locked in to "truly horrific" assuming Climate Stalin is given unilateral control of the entire globe with 0 opposition today.

The Woke CIA has collaborated with DPRK defectors to partially reverse-engineer Juche Necromancy.
